* Fixed devcontainer format

* Added dotnet-linux-x64 devcontainer

* Changed devcontainer image to python

* Pinned OS version

* Updated devcontainer base image

* Reverted changes to devcontainer

* Moved linux devcontainer file

* Updated dotnet-publish to use subfolder
