* Fixed typo on line 20 (capitalized 'f') that caused the command to fail
* Generic editing and replaced dead URLs
* Substituted setuptools package for the deprecated distutils in setup.py
* Fixed typo in 'norm.exe' file path in Win32 build instructions
* Fixed a bugs in normCast.py and normFileSend.py
